The grilled fish at the restaurant was nothing short of a culinary treasure, divine! Breakfast was a winner too, with a broad selection that kept us fueled for ski days. Plus, the spa facilities were a lovely retreat after all that powder.

The property was in the heart of the city. Plus, it was so close to the restaurant. The queen room was functional, included a hair dryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast food was sumptuous.

Incredible and absolutely perfect location in an excellent area, not far from the mountains, restaurants, shops and ski areas and Saas Fee in the summer. Recently refurbished units with a balcony, spotlessly clean bathrooms and great view, competent employees.

A Good Family Getaway in the Mountains
Enjoyed our stay over three nights! The spa facilities offered a perfect retreat after skiing, especially the soothing saunas. Our kids loved the evening entertainment and games offered. Don't miss the grilled fish at dinner. It was a culinary highlight! Tip, ask for a room away from the corridors for quieter nights.

I wanted a nice relaxing holiday in the fresh air of the Alps, but I was a bit worried about the weather. What to do if it rains every day? As it happened the weather was perfect and we were out in the mountains every day. This was why I chose a spacious, comfortable hotel with indoor facilities, to be an insurance against bad weather. We didn't need the luxury but we enjoyed it!
The dinner menu was rather unusual with a lack of choice.

The spa facilities are comprehensive and really stand out. Fine mountain views from the room balcony provided a perfect backdrop for our stay, especially with the dazzling sunrise on New Year's Day.
The gym equipment needs serious attention-most of it is outdated and much of it is barely functional. Plus, the rooms could use a refresh. Small bathrooms with just one sink feel cramped and lack modern amenities. Dining can be a wait as they operate on set menus, and while the meals are decent, the hours make it hard to fully enjoy them. Noise travels easily from the corridors, which can disturb your peace. Otherwise, I noticed that the kids' area, while equipped with games, isn't really maintained and can get chaotic and cold were nice.

The reception on arrival was so warm and welcoming and continued throughout our stay. Very convenient to the small town. Comfort and food were both excellent.
Nothing disappointed and although expensive, we did feel we received value for money

The hotel was just perfect! Absolute comfort in the heart of Alps. Great personnel and breathtaking spa areas! Also the area of Saas-Fee village is charming and has great atmosphere. I asked the personnel for making a romantic atmosphere in the room one night and the result was beyond my expectations!
